Shipping is 100% Free for all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), the estimated delivery time to the United States is 7 to 15 business days.

As soon as your package is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking code. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update in the system.

Yes, but only within 60 minutes of purchase. Because we use an automated system to ship your products as fast as possible, we cannot cancel orders after this 60-minute window.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or wrong, contact our support within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email with your order number and photos/videos of the issue so we can send a free replacement.

For the vast majority of orders under $800 shipped to the US, there are no import duties or taxes.
