Free Shipping on All Orders
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times
We work directly with global suppliers to bring you high-quality products at the best prices. Because of this direct delivery model, shipping times may vary:

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed.

• Please note that unexpected shipping delays (such as customs clearance or severe weather) can happen and are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 60 minutes of your purchase.

 

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

 

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of purchase for a full refund. After this period, the order enters our automated fulfillment system and cannot be canceled.

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues (Defective Items)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos or a short video of the issue so we can quickly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items due to a change of mind or accidental orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
